As soon as possible, after use, remove any excess food to prevent salts and acids from corroding the material; never leave stainless steel cutlery to soak. In order to keep it’s shiny appearance, cutlery should be cleaned in cutlery baskets (in dishwashers) and once the cycle has ended, removed and dried as soon as possible, to prevent pitting and staining.
