Cancellation is easy. Just stop your direct debit at your bank and send an email to admin@tapside.com.
When a due payment is stopped or it fails you will receive notification from Gocardless, who manage our Direct debits.
Payment is then required within 7 days to continue with the hire otherwise the equipment is collected without charge after a complimentary month from your last instalment.
