RETURNS – In the event that goods have to be returned then please follow this procedure:-
Contact our office for a returns approval subject to:-
- Goods must be returned within 21 days of delivery
- Perishable goods having a minimum of 9 month shelf life.
- Goods must be in clean original packaging and suitable for resale.
- Responsibility for goods in transit is entirely at the client’s risk
- Refunds will be processed within 5 days of return of the goods
- A 15% restocking charge may be applied to returns supplied as ordered.
