Iced Coffee Made Easy with Cold Brew

  • Immersion Cold Brew— Benefits : Acids and caffeine are far less concentrated, making the flavour rich and smooth with no bitterness & the aromatic oils are still in the coffee. Mmmmhh! Simply immerse coarse grounds in cold water for 12-24 hours, then filter and it is ready to use. It can be kept in the fridge for up to a week, and diluted with cold milk, oat milk, or water with ice to make a delicious iced coffee. (Try using 1L water with 1 sachet of  Tapside’s Espre Columbian Ground Coffee which comes in 70g sachets with a filter.)
