- Immersion Cold Brew— Benefits : Acids and caffeine are far less concentrated, making the flavour rich and smooth with no bitterness & the aromatic oils are still in the coffee. Mmmmhh! Simply immerse coarse grounds in cold water for 12-24 hours, then filter and it is ready to use. It can be kept in the fridge for up to a week, and diluted with cold milk, oat milk, or water with ice to make a delicious iced coffee. To make your drink – 1. Add ice (cubes or crushed) to your glass – approximately 1/2 to 2/3rds full. 2. Pour over half cup of cold brew coffee. 3. Top up with your preferred option & stir – water, milk, oat milk, coconut water – whatever you choose. 4. Now you can enjoy the coffee just as it is or get creative – add a shot of Monin Syrup in mouth-watering vanilla, caramel, frosted mint or any of their many other flavours.
